Add your Business Name and Type (Choose Customer Support if your business is not listed).
Choose a "Call Configuration" that suits your needs e.g, Customer Support LIne, Sales etc.
Please provide as much factual information as possible to help the agent deal with the types of calls you expect to receive.
DO NOT provide instructions for the agent as this is done by us. If you require the agent to do something in particular that it isn't doing, please contact us and we can help you.
The system can send an email and/or SMS summary of every call.
Next, simply click on "Test Calls" on the left side bar and make test calls to hear your agent in action!
